Delete your account
You can delete your account and all your data whenever you like.
01From the app
- Open Antarctic Life and sign in.
- Tap your initial at the top right to open Profile.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account and confirm.
You need an internet connection to complete the deletion. If you want to keep your trip, create your PDF Logbook first.
02By email
If you cannot sign in, write to privacidad@antarcticlife.app from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”.
03What is deleted
- Your account and profile details.
- All your trips, records and photos.
- Your travel notes: recordings and transcripts.
- Your sessions and linked devices.
- The data stored on the device you delete it from.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Backups are rotated and may retain data for up to 6 months before being destroyed. If you had switched on use for conservation, data already shared in anonymised form cannot be linked back to you.
